The British Engineerium

Formerly a museum, this historic building will become a cutting-edge centre designed to promote health, happiness and wellbeing in the community.

The site has been bought by entrepreneur Luke Johnson. In partnership with local resident Paul Dolan, Professor of Behavioural Science at LSE, they will create a multi-use development to comprise

co-working spaces, recreation and leisure facilities, and a centre for research into what makes us happy.
